Special requests were handled wonderfully and communication was great! Very convenient for us to stay when visiting our family. Wasn’t early enough to reserve our return trip at thanksgiving but this location will be our first choice in the future.

Everyone working there was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely use this Hotel again when I’m in the area. Rooms very spacious and inviting.

At checking in we asked if the hot tub was working and hot . They said yes , it was not hot at all . Very cold . Thier was no arcade for kid as listed . Room had no tub . Bed was ok . Breakfast just ok , will not stay there again

Clean quiet and friendly place
This place was quiet and clean, with variety of stores and eateries nearby. We were on the 3rd floor next to laundry room, which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at this location again when we are in town.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The only issue I encountered was the grab bar in the bathroom. It is located on a wall outside of the tub and high off the tub line. The tub was slippery and the grab bar was too high to be of any use. I'm happy that no one was there to make a video of me trying to get out of the tub!

Check in was awful! Upon entering the lobby there was no one at the desk so we tried the self check in. As we progressed through it wanted to charge us again (at a lower price) . By now a young girl appeared at the desk and we said there was an issue. Her response was ‘it never works’. Not a great way to start. When she checked us in I asked what floor we were on, she replied on the first. I asked if we could get a higher floor. She said for what we paid that’s what we got. Never offered any other solution. For 1 night I would deal with it. Room was large, I’m guessing it’s a handicap room based on the roll in shower. Bed was clean and comfortable. The cabinets and desk were older and worn on the desk top. It looks like an older hotel that has been remodeled but not very well. Have stayed at many Best Westerns but will not come back to this one.
