Don’t stay here

This hotel needs serious repair, better housekeeping service and a better breakfast offering. There were holes in the walls, very low water pressure and a mattress that you could feel the springs. When we requested clean towels, only two large ones were delivered and the used towels on the floor were left there. The breakfast consisted of stale bagels, bread and poor tasting muffins. Yogurt, fruit and cereal were offered. No protein even on the weekend. The fruit was the best tasting of everything, The only positives for this hotel was the cost(I guess you get what you pay for) and the close proximity to the airport.

The lobby area was nice. The rest of the hotel needs attention. From the floors to the decor, the condition of the hotel lacks attention. Wallpaper peeling off, paint needed. The carpets were stained n fraying. There was only housekeeping upon request which we didn’t know until 2 days in. The room only had 2 towels and with cheering in at 4:00 n showering before going out we each had one towel to use again first thing in the am. Apparently animals are allowed which led to a very loud large dog who escaped making an unsafe situation as the owner left the building. Continental breakfast needs a lot of work. Room phone didn’t work so it’s a trip to the desk for toilet paper. We were not happy with this choice

I had to switch to another room because it smelled of dogs and the room had roaches. In addition, the air conditioning unit and refrigerator made noise throughout my stay. The front desk staff was polite and accommodating.

I had 2 children with me. The first room I got had blood in the bathtub and something brown like feces smeared in the bathroom on the wall by the light. The person at the desk was very apologetic and gave me the room across the hall. I am attaching pictures because I’m disgusted that I spent that money to stay there and it was a horrible experience. They have people walking outside looking for cigarette butts in the ashtrays and quite a few other characters

Never going there again

The hotel condition throughout IS terrible and needs immediate renovation. The room ceiling and walls are peeling. The carpet and recliner are filthy. The bathroom walls have holes in them. The toilet is cracked and the tub ceramic is worn and rusted. The shower head and faucet both drip constantly. Although it’s been a few years I’ve stayed there in the past and never saw such condition. I will NEVER go there again. I complained to the stall and management and got the impression they didn’t care.
