The room was not clean. Half of the outlets did not work. The phone in the room did not work. Phone jack hanging out of the wall. We have stayed here many times and it has been good. This was a disaster. The only good thing was a young lady named Mikayla who was at the front desk and most helpful. I have never stayed at a LaQuinta and given a bad review. This is a first.

I was a little disappointed with the bed, lumpy and not comfortable. 8ve stayed on la Quinta before in ocala gl and booked baded on that experience. Next time I spend a lttle more for Hilton

The water did not run properly in the shower and when I told the front desk about it she said that there was no other room to switch me too. The bed is very low and not that comfortable. Fridge is low

This hotel states there is a shuttle service. There is NO shuttle service. I was told by the front desk that the driver has been hospitalized since early September. We are almost at the end of October. I do not understand why management could not make a notation on their site notifying clients that there is no shuttle service. I am less than a mile from the airport and it cost me almost $20 (including tip). I have to go back to the airport tomorrow. It will cost me an additional $20. I am a senior on a budget. The hotel did not even offer me a discount on the room to make up for the extra money I’ve had to spend! Very dissatisfied!

The room was crappy. Desk clerk was unkind. I asked for new towels at 9:00 AM and by 6:00 PM still no towels. This hotel has one thing going for it - its promsity to Islip AP.

Can't believe I stepped in Dog Sh!t entrance way!
Overall stay wasn't bad.. Just the Fact that there Was Dog Poop 💩,as you walk up sidewalk in grass and on sidewalk at the Very front of the entrance. And some of Dog Owner's were allowing there dog to use bathroom rt in front of hotel entrance. There really needs to be an destinated area!!! I love my Dog's as well,but if you can't clean up behind them don't bring them.
