Good space

It was such a lovely, modern, minimalistic space. It was somehow disappointing to see that two lamps from the room were damaged and still left in the room. The Soy Local Usaquen is a comfortable space, but it needs better maintenance. Spaces like that can be ruined easily and quickly. I hope they do something about it. I would like to return to that hotel for my next trip to Bogotá.

I travel with my elderly mother that use walker and have memory impairement and they receptions was very friendly and was very helpful with my mom and support me to take care of her.

Es mi primera vez en Bogotá y mi estadía en Soy Local Usaquén está siendo otro nivel! La habitación es amplia e impecable, tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Queda cerca clínicas, restaurantes, supermercados, centros comerciales, etc. Y lo que me encanta es que es un lugar seguro, donde puedes caminar libremente. Paola y Camilo en el área de recepción han sido un amor, me recibieron muy amables y me recomendaron lugares turísticos cerca de la zona. Definitivamente volvería y recomiendo este lugar 10/10

The staff doesn’t care about your comfort as a guest. The communication with them is very difficult. Even do my reservation includes breakfast, the front desk people denied me the service. When they finally accept the option for breakfast was coffee or chocolate, eggs and toast bread. The initial room temperature was so hot. (Not AC or even heat available and not even fans), also the WIFI didn’t work. Next day they changed the room and that one was cold as freezing and only blankets for the solution. The safe box never worked. And the last night until our check out there was no water and because of that no breakfast. And what they said about the whole situation was NOTHING. Not even an apology or a thank you or acknowledge the issues. HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, very safe and quiet. I recommend staying here for long or short trips. Plus there is a pizza / bakery right next door to the hotel, highly convenient for breakfast and lunchtime.

This is my fourth time staying on this location, it is convenient and the location is great, easy access and Maria Camila and Fran in the front desk are amazing, also the crew in the restaurant that prepare breakfast are great and hard workers!! Since my first stay I sadly have seen a steady decline on the cleanliness and condition of the facilities ( the handles of the showers lose, missing reading light and replaced with a metal plate, wall around and behind sink dirty and also the a/c not working, I got explained that it was being renovated after it got vandalized but it should be communicate to guests before they arrive to check-in) I also would recommend an eco-friendly option for the towels (if replacement not needed leave it hanging, if needed leave it on the floor, it would save a lot of money to the hotel and would make guests more aware of their impact). With that said, and because of the amazing people working in this hotel I would stay here again, hope this review gets read on good faith and the concerns get address appropiately.

The place was nice and clean, but the highlight for me was the staff. They assisted us everytime we needed a cab or had questions regarding the area around the hotel. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. I am very thankful to them for making my stay very pleasant.
