Overall it’s an okay hotel. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast at all. It’s not what you read! The food is cold and stale. The toaster doesn’t actually make toast, although it works. The fresh fruit is good, and the selection of juices is good. The omelette station is the very good. Everything else, nope! The self serve coffee is disgusting. The rooms are okay, but need a Reno. They aren’t particularly clean. The common halls are filthy! Would I stay again, no.

A/C did not work.....

This is a small but beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms but unfortunately the A/C in the room did not work that's why I rated terrible in the comfort area. Good size bathroom, spacious and modern room.

Buen hotel en zona de negocios. Lejos del aeropuerto y de centros comerciales. Entre el lobby y la habitación hay que tomar 2 ascensores y pasar por la zona de eventos empresariales. Buena relación precio calidad. Habitación grande con escritorio y zona de estar.

The hotel is located in a central area of Bogotá. The service was great and the hotel has good food options at the restaurant, however, the room’s AC wasn’t working and the rooms were a little bit outdated compared to other NH Hotels. I

Great stay at the NH Collection WTC Royal

I had a great stay at this hotel. The facility was in great condition and located in a centrally allowing easy access to all the important places for a tourist.
