Great staff & loved the huge Master suite on 26th floor. Everywhere the decor is very tired looking and the kitchen unit was poorly equipped, but comfy bed, functional bathrooms & clean towels. Breakfast offering below average I thought. I was early to breakfast & some the fruit already looked past its’ best. No speciality coffee offered & tea bags hd coffee & chocolate flavour! Guess it’s a very national clientele. The staff were great on all levels and very helpful, would stay there again. Thanks

What I didn’t like about the hotel, my bed was uncomfortable, one of the blankets was itchy, the breakfast was the same, the gym didn’t have different dumbbells/weights…it has the old style light weight which was weak for me, and the wifi would cut off but other then that the hotel was ok.

We had to ask for toilette paper and towels every day. Rooms are pretty run down. The kitchen had no cutlery, glasses or dishes. A bit pricey for the condition of the suites. Better to stay at the hotel!
