Muy buen servicio, excelente desayuno y muy buenas instalaciones. La única observación que le haría es que la habitación no cuenta con aire acondicionado. A pesar del buen clima de Bogota, la categoría de este hotel y la calidad de sus instalaciones me hacen aspirar que el aire acondicionado debería formar parte del servicio

The street noise was quite loud. I had asked the hotel to change one of the rooms and they were not very helpful until Brayan in the morning at the reception desk was kind and understanding and he changed one of the rooms. The restaurant on the top floor was closed and it was not disclosed and that was very disappointing because the views were one of the reasons I chose this hotel. These things should be clearly stated.
