I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and had mixed feelings about my experience. The staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The service at the restaurant was also excellent, with attentive servers and good food. However, the appearance and condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The room I stayed in had noticeable wear and tear, which was disappointing for a first-time guest. The TV in my room was broken, and the noise level was quite high, both from the street outside and from neighboring rooms. Soundproofing definitely needs improvement. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, and at one point, the water went out completely, which was frustrating. While the staff did their best to address any concerns, the overall condition of the hotel prevents me from giving it a higher rating. Overall, I’d rate the staff and service 5 stars, but the hotel’s appearance and maintenance only 3 stars. With some updates and better upkeep, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

Location is excellent, and hotel provides a shuttle from and to the airport. On the other hand, i was charged almost $20 dollars in local taxes which i should exempted since i am a U.S citizen with residence in the United State. Since the entry in colombia is biometric ( not a stamp) they charged me taxes. The place needs a lot of maintenance, since not even the remote control worked, and cleaning was not the best. Thankfully was a very short stay. Staff was very friendly overall.

Excellence made reality

From the moment I made the reservation, the emails received for check-in, the super friendly staff from the parking lot concierge to the reception, they answered my questions, the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel, the impeccable room, the restaurant with a very varied menu and all the food very tasty, all the staff very attentive to provide good service and the best thing is that they always had a smile while doing it, that is customer service, I will recommend it and of course I will stay at this hotel again.
