Airport Shuttle is a great plus

The property is very close to airport with good shuttle service airport. I did not like the checkin experience as it did not feel friendly. My room had been changed to another tower without notice and I was sent to checkin there - taking my luggage myself there. The hotel itself is nice and other staff friendly.

Review for [Hotel Name] I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, I found the overall experience to be somewhat mixed. The Good: • The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is ideal for travelers on tight schedules. • They offer complimentary transportation to and from the airport, which was very helpful and efficient. • Room service is available 24/7, and I appreciated the vegetarian options on the menu. The Bad: • The room and bathroom felt outdated, which didn’t match the modern standards I was expecting. • The fridge in the room was completely empty, which was disappointing. • Security to enter the property was excessive, making it feel less welcoming for leisure travelers. • The overall vibe of the hotel seemed more tailored for business travelers than for solo adventurers or couples on vacation. While the convenience of its location and amenities might make it suitable for a short business trip, I wouldn’t recommend it for those seeking a more relaxed or leisure-focused stay.

An excellent option for transit in Bogotá. Really nice facilities, great breakfast buffet starting at 5 am. I would only penalize them for not having espresso earlier! Also, and not their fault, shuttle at peak hours is difficult at El Dorado. It could benefit from a reinforcement of another van. But the attention of staff at every turn makes up. Rooms are a delight, ample and nice.
