The room and location are fine. However, the room had no drinking glasses, the fridge was broken, they could not provide ice when needed, there was no hair dryer in the room, there was no conditioner available, the staff could not provide me with a printed receipt upon check out, the breakfast was not self serve (behind a screen) and selection and quantity was very bad. There are better options around this property. I will not stay here again.

I was very impressed with how clean the property and rooms were. All the staff was very friendly. Showers are hot and beds very comfortable. Mini fridge in the room which was great for keeping waters cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Walk to the convention centers; clean & updated.

Great budget option for events at Corferias, Agorá, Hilton or for business at the US Embassy & Consulate. Outside it doesn't look like much but the rooms have been updated, the internet is good and everything was clean. Rooms have a small fridge. The breakfast was pretty basic, but nearby there are many restaurant options and grocery stores. The area is urban but pretty safe. I used to live in Bogotá so I know the area well. You can walk to the Agorá, Corferias and Hilton convention centers, and the US Embassy is a short taxi ride or a moderate walk away. This hotel is also much closer to the airport than the luxury hotels on the north side of the city. The price is right, so I will stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout and I have already made another reservation there. For the price this hotel is really good value so I do not necessarily understand the complaints of other reviews. The area is good too. I used to live in Bogotá not too far from here. It is practically the geographic centre of the city and it’s easy to get to most parts. Yes, the area itself is not that interesting but it’s safe and transport is good from there.
