The hotel is 10/10 for the price comfort. Breakfast is also good and with several options. The only downside I believe would be the surrounding neighborhood which doesn’t feel pretty safe to walk on the afternoon/night

No heating or AC available in the room- pretty much you have to either regulate temperature by opening or closing a window and downtimes it does get very hot. Pretty much English is very limited, it was struggle communicating and the staff just seems confused and not very service oriented. Rooms are very basic in decor- very large in size so if you have a bigger party that’s fine but they seem very empty with no decor really. My room ac ty ally had an echo.alsovery loud- you can hear everything form the hallways or outside. Overall would not stay there again.

Loved our experience here. The building and property is very nice, has an elevated feel to it. The service is top notch. The room was nice and big, much larger than expected. We loved the breakfast service in the morning, honestly one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The location was also great. Generally felt safe and lots of good restaurants nearby, including El Chato and Mesa Franca. Highly recommend staying here.
