Service in the restaurant in the evening was terrible. At around 9pm, it took one hour to get a bowl of soup and a salad. And then I basically had to get up to leave to pay the check & it took to tries. They need some staff training. Would not stay there again. Martiott Courtyard is much better..

The hotel is beautiful and super clean! The room service is very convenient and fast; the day I arrived there was live music and entertainment at the second floor! The issue are the staff members! Slow check in, attitude and never pick up the phone. Also, there’s no transportation from the airport! We were stuck there waiting for the bus, and it never came.

The hotel itself great. Close to airport but the shuttle service is not. Second time this happens to me. And ended up paying for a taxi to get to the hotel. I tried booking as per email or text instructions and their answer was no need to book. Wait for us at the specific location which after one hour of me landing and waiting outside the airport and trying to get a hold of them it never happened. Chat service never worked. They don't reply and when I called they said sorry too bad we left already. They main reason why I booked that hotel was the shuttle service and the location to airport since I use it to wait for my next international flights the next day. I guess I will use the Movich that I used in the past and decided to switch. They always respond to call or chats when you wait for shuttle. I even recommended to their staff taking care of my husband who doesn’t speak Spanish and they always took care of him while a layover in Bogotá. Its a way to ruin a reputation since you dont want to be waiting outside in a city at night after a flight.

My experience at this hotel was excellent. Shuttle to and from the airport was very easy. The on-site restaurant was excellent also! The entire facility and room was very clean and comfortable, all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t explore the area around the hotel, so I can not speak to that nor the safety of the area.
