Only one thing, when first checked in, the room that was given to me had a very bad smell , like a dirty dishcloth, call reception and immediately the reception send me to another room, very clean, small room but ok for a one night stay.

Pésimo servicio shuttle, no es cada 40 minutos….., soy colombiana y tuve que pagar 65 mil pesos mas en el hotel y fue al limite de la legalidad ya que todo estaba escrito pequeño no en el momento de escoger el hotel pero al final al pagar, he reportado hice videos en redes sociales haciendo ver el modo al límite de la legalidad que usa hotels.com y marriott

The wait for the hotel transportation was quite long, to check in there was a long wait, they only have one person to check in, answer calls and answer calls to the room, very disappointing, upon arriving at the room there was NO type of local TV, no cable. The air conditioning was poor, the hallway was better than the inside of the room.
