The wait for the hotel transportation was quite long, to check in there was a long wait, they only have one person to check in, answer calls and answer calls to the room, very disappointing, upon arriving at the room there was NO type of local TV, no cable. The air conditioning was poor, the hallway was better than the inside of the room.

The price shown in Expedia was not the one we were charged. We were charged and extra hidden fee which was never told of at the hotel. We thought it was a deposit fee, but it was actually an extra tax. After many tries to contact the hotel, talking to many staff members, requesting Expedia to mediate, the hotel did not reimburse us. Don’t book this hotel, be careful! And make sure that the price Expedia offers is the real one. Check that there aren’t any extra fees.

We stayed for one night, there was water outrage and We couldn't take a shower and brushed our teeth. Also, we waited 30 minutes just to check in. The didn't have enough personal.
