The hotel is in good shape, but the room where I stayed was old (request a room in the tower with the refurbished rooms). There was a lot of noise at night which can disturb your sleep. It is a decent option for a business trip.

This is an older but classy hotel close to everything we needed, including family, restaurants, shopping, and Cyclovia. Front desk, restaurant, pool, housekeeping, room service attendants, and security guards were ALL friendly, professional, and helpful. Camilo at the front desk was awesome, and he spoke excellent English. His offer of a larger room (220) was so helpful since we have family who would be coming and going to visit. Breakfast on the weekends/holidays gets crowded, and sometimes the eggs to order station is closed and it can take a while to get hot coffee. However, the safety of the location, the staff, and the very reasonable prices make it a worthwhile stay. Rooftop has great views. You do have to purchase an inexpensive bathing cap (even the guys!) to use the pool/jacuzzi. If you want to splurge, they have a private jacuzzi for rent for 2 hours with/without wine & cheese. Kinda cool! We will be back!
