Overall the experience was ok, the staff were a bit mean and plain, not sure if they aren't happy with their jobs or they were having a bad day. I just like to have a polite a nice attitude from people, specially when you are paying for a service. But it is an ok hotel to stay, I'll try something else area, next time.

My only complaint was the young lady at check in wasn’t pleasant. She acted like we were bothering her. I figured she was having a bad day. I saw her again and spoke. She ignored us. I spoke her in both Spanish and English. The receptionist in the morning was very pleasant. She would smile and greet us, but that other lady was down right nasty. The young lady at check out was also very pleasant. The location was very close to restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, and other businesses. I felt pretty safe at this particular hotel.
