When we arrived, no one was at reception. There was a monitor next to the counter, and a face appeared. I was directed to scan my license, insert my credit card and take a print out that gave me a Wi-Fi password and a room key card. It was impersonal, confusing, and aggravating to a senior citizen who doesn’t deal with this kind of tech. After a 9 hour drive I expect personal welcome and a helpful human. The neighborhood is not well lit and somewhat isolated after dark. I would not stay here again

What a disappointment to stay here under new management after staying here often as I travel from la to Scottsdale three times a month. Firstly, they no longer really have staff here most of the time. They use a kiosk with employees from the Philippines who are nice but have no power. I was told to pay $50 plus tax to check in early even though the room is only $80. They have decided to forget about service and do everything with AI. The place is in disrepair but was ok for the low price. U see the new management, I’ll never stay again here as there are many different properties here to stay at in that same range. The new management was scared to talk to me about the ridiculous early check in charge since I only paid an early check in fee once in my over 300 nights. Clearly new mgmt is just going to ride this property until Wyndham gets rid of it.

What I needed was a working hot tub. I was assured by 2 staff members that it was working. Unfortunately "hot" was not how I would describe the "hot" tub it was lukewarm at best. To me "hot" is the most important feature of a "hot" tub. I also asked at least three different staff members if they could make the hot tub "hot" and their go-to response was "check it in an hour". It was never hot the two days I spent there. So disappointing! Finally, I tried to get two working keys for the room and that apparently, was also too much to ask for.

Clean hotel but TV didnt work. Tech said it was an issue at the box so he'd ask the manager to reduce our rate since they couldn't fix. Left a messsge for manager but have yet to hesr from him...very disappointing. Front desk doesnt have a person but rather a remote dude in a kiosk...leaves you feeling exposed for safety especially when the room phone doesnt have a dial tone. Get breakfast somewhere else. Do better Wyndham and have your manager reach out.

Terrible experience!!!

Around 11 pm, the people in the room next door started yelling and arguing…it went on for 3-4 hours. I tried going to the front desk to see if we could get a room change, no one was there…just a note saying they’d be back in 10 minutes. I checked back 3 times…still no one was there…yet the entrance was open and anyone could have walked in. I tried calling the phone number that was left on the note, but no one answered…just a message saying the person was not available! My daughter and I did not feel safe confronting the people who were fighting in the next room…so we just had to take it…things finally quieted down at around 2:30 AM…I complained to corp headquarters of the hotel…but never heard back!! I will never stay at this hotel again!
No one was at the registration desk…when I went to the desk to complain about shouting in the room next to us…this was on the desk…all night!!!

Check-in process was difficult, had to use a kiosk and talk to a person over video. Room keys did not work had to get new ones. Was put in a room with EV parking only outside, but was not asked if it was needed, so we were unable to park next to our room. Pictures on site did not match hotel.

The Days Inn in Blythe was by far our most pleasant stay in that area. We've stayed at 3 other properties in Blythe over the last several years that were really quite disappointing. Days Inn staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Included breakfast was decent. Price was very good. We usually spend a night in Blythe when we hit Quartzsite for the rock show. Defiantly will stay here again!
