It was a delightful room, excellent amenities, GREAT hot tub! The pet fee was a problem, as i thought we paid for everything when setting up the stay online. The evening desk person, Lilia, was not friendly, did not even make eye contact, and she was actually snarky when addressing the pet fee at check in. Except for her, everything was very nice! *I have photos, but unable to post for some reason*

The Chateau Hotel was a few minutes off the main interstate but turned out to be a good choice, giving us a good rest with a great breakfast, all reasonably priced. The room seemed a bit spartan but it was clean & the renovated bathroom was super, with awesome hot rain shower. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant.

Quick trip for baby shower
The front desk was incredibly nice and professional when we checked in. Our room had been updated. However "spills" on the walls. The shower had no pressure. Newer rain head, water came out of only 2/3 of the head. Had to stand directly under.

Love this hotel, I stay here every time I visit my daughter in Normal. Breakfast is always fantastic and the hot tub sauna and pool is a great way to warm up after being out and about on a cold Illinois day

Staff VERY nice especially the guy from Ghana at the front desk Shower head and behind the fridge were filthy Who proposed the idea of having the coffee machine inside the bathrooms!!!!!!! That’s disgusting!!! Breakfast was excellent and staff were too Decor is cool
