Everything is old and outdated and the pet cleaning fees are ridiculous, it cost no more to clean my room than it did for a person without a pet. My pets are calm and do nothing. $30 fee is ridiculous. Rust stains on floor, bed linens and wholeroom was not clean. Not that i needed it or used it was broken. Weird smelling room. Left about 5 hours after checking in. Dropped keys off and left at 834pm su day evening

Need to go no smoking wuickly

The smoking smell in the hotel was awful and killed my allergies. Asked front desk person and they said they having smoking rooms. The problem is the no smoking signs in the lobby worked but the smoke smell down the hallway could make anyone sick especially with allergies

Run Down , weed and cigarette smell in non smoking rooms, terrible breakfast, dirty and internet sucks with less than 1mbs speed. Good for nothing. Had to check out after 1 night. Manager is a nice guy and accommodated the request. But front desk was rude. I don not recommend. Don’t waste your time and money.

First thing was walking in to check in smell like pure nicotine. Looks like a cheap motel once you walk in. Walking to my room the hallway rug looks dingy and smells.

I get it, it’s a super eight hotel, but still shockingly filthy and disgusting. We were all knocked back by the stink of cigarettes the moment we open the front door and that smell permeates the entire property. The bedroom smelled, and was encased in a layer of dust. Bedspread and carpet clearly original from 70 years ago. I travel a lot, but truly struggled with this stay. Yuck!
