Jade at the reception desk was really wonderful. I had so many questions and she was very patient and knowledgeable. She helped my daughter find pool towels, helped us with another issue we had and really made a positive difference to our stay.

Overall, I would classify this hotel as average. The staff at check-in were not unprofessional however they made no effort to appear friendly and appreciative we chose this hotel. The room was average although this is the first hotel that didn’t have hand soap. Had to buy some at an adjacent grocery store. I am sure there are better choices in the area.

Okay property for tge price. I stay here often and theres usually always some small hiccup. This time though a little more frustrating. Neither TV would connect to internet for streaming. The box on the living room tv was blue but the bedroom one was red, neither worked. The phones in the rooms didnt work. Some areas definitely needed better cleaning. No extra bedsing in room. The pullows were incredibly musty smelling making it hard to sleep. I usually alwasy stay here when traveling this route but after this visit i may rethink that and try somewhere else.
