This is our second time staying here. We really enjoy the B&B. The rooms are very nice and do the trick for us. It's walking distance to downtown Blacksburg with lots of restaurants. The breakfast here is freshly made and delicious. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely place and an incredible location. My daughter needed a quiet environment to finish work for finals so we stayed at this b and b and hung out while she finished work. Nice communal kitchen to store your food and cook if you want. Comfortable common area. Bedrooms are a good size for what it is. The owner now manages this b and b and is really trying to make this a wonderful place to stay. He was incredibly accommodating. If you are touring VT it’s literally next to campus. Highly recommend.
