Great. Location was a bit far from the busy parts of Blackpool. You'll need to take some transportation like trams, buses or even taxis if you have young family.

Might get charged double.

Nice, clean room besides a lot of grout missing on the bathroom floor. Pretty much what you would expect at a Hilton. Not going to blow your socks off. Maybe on par with a premier inn. Be prepared to get charged an extra £17 for parking for one night in what is just an open area with some painted lines. Not secure by any means. Free breakfast, probably because nobody would pay for it to start with. Upon returning home after my one night stay realised I had a charge in my pending for £116 which I immediately queried with the front desk. A day later luckily this was refunded, great just a mix up phew. Then it gets better, another transaction at the sum of 133 not pending, just taken. Called front desk to be told they cannot discuss any accounts in the evening. Fantastic, now I’ll have to call back during work hours to discuss unauthorised payments being taken from my account. I’m fully aware that damages to the room ect are chargeable but as someone who was in and out of the place in less than 12 hours I’m sure I can’t be charged for any of that. Let’s just say I’ll be looking for a travel lodge or premier inn next time.

Lovely, modern, clean property. Beautiful location off the promenade but not directly in the bustling part of the streets. Hotel Parking expensive at £17/ night for guests though.

Overnight stay Sat Night.

My wife and I had a quick overnight stay with friends. We were allowed to check in at 11:30am which saved a lot of time later in the day. The receptionist was really good as our friends had arrived and booked a room the previous night in addition to my booking for all of us for 1 night. She managed to keep our friends in the room they had booked the previous night which saved them having to change rooms. She did very well and it was much appreciated.
