The strong desk staff was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were nice and clean, the shuttle was convenient despite the 4£ fee. Highly recommend :)

Hotel car park is in part of the Stansted airport service area and cost 19 GBP. For travelers by air, this would not be a problem, but it was an unexpected cost for us traveling by car. The automated check in was impossible without a code (not sent in my email) or UK post code. We had to call for help after a number of failed attempts

Nice room, easy access to airport. Breakfast only served until 10, so weary travellers like us who slept in missed out. Restaurant closed after breakfast, so no food.
