Our room service meals were lacking in quality. The bacon waa overcooked and was impossible to cut. The halloumi was like rubber. The service was outstanding however and the ladies in reception were very professional and exceptionally helpful

If i knew there were no balaconies i wouldn't have booked, not much can be done about that now. I would have liked a pool or gym. Car spaces are narrow but adequate.

Chose this hotel solely because of its proximity to SCUH and for this reason, the location was very convenient and suited our needs perfectly. It’s within an easy walking distance, offers free parking and the staff are excellent. Would definitely recommend and return.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned to the point of what looked like human waste in the outside of toilet bowl. Bathroom shower floor flowed the wrong way so all water ran straight out. Our room seemed to be directly above the loading dock on level one so truck noise was irritating considering the rate you pay per night.
