Pretty good location. Strange apartment setup, quite modular and the cleaning job wasnt great, chip crumbs around on the couch and shower not very clean. Good stay, but could have been cleaner

Comfortable & convenient.
Convenient and comfortable, albeit a bit small. Well appointed with a Smart TV, fridge & microwave. A couple of hangers in the wardrobe would be a nice touch. What made it 5 stars for me was the comfortable bed.
Clean and nice water view. Easy parking- no shops nearby so you need a car. Would be good to have a vending machine in the lobby

The room was extremely dirty. Dust everywhere and in clumps on the carpet, mouldy showers, bedding dtained with urine marks, filthy inside cubpoards, food in the couch. The room was modern but disgustingly dirty.
The pitcher on line was nothing like what i got was given wrong info for parking ,so i got in trouble form a permit tenit for parking in the wrong spot, apart from that room was very clean tidy
We were quite disappointed with our stay. We arrived shortly after 2pm to check in, only to be told our room was not ready. We spoke to a very rude receptionist who was not very helpful and gave no information about parking, room location etc.
When we arrived to our room, our room was still dirty. My husband swept the floors while I did a once over of the kitchen.
At shower time we noticed that both showers had a significant amount of mould in them. Up the walls and on the roof. Reception was informed the next day but no one came to fix anything.
Think of a 1990s office kitchen with a bed in it and that’s is the apartment I stayed in 53b. Wasn’t clean TV wouldn’t load. No bulb in the bedside table lamp. Water pressure pathetic. Could hardly even get a glass of water. Walls and ceiling and dirty and lots of scuff marks. No where opened on weekend to get anything to eat. Warm welcome though from staff bit would not recommend
I was unaware that when you book that it is not necessarily North Shore, Find out that I am at Waterline once I have the keys and need to drive further to the next place. Park and then try yo got second Floor but they didn't put a Lift Fob on the Key Ring. Overall took about an hour standing in the Foyer area after first trying to contact Vine that I didn't have a Lift Fob. Convincing them that I wasn't lying was a feat in itself. The guy who eventually came was the only good experience in the saga. When you book out there is no key box. You need to go back to North Shore, try and park in the street and return the keys as everyone there seems to park in the Visitors spots leaving no parking spots to either pickup or drop off keys.
