Excellent Stay

We were attending a show which was a 5 minute walk away so the Arden was in the perfect location. Staff were lovely, room was clean and very comfortable and we loved the bar. The food was great, we would highly recommend staying here.

I booked for just one night whilst working in the area, if suited me well, good parking, very sensible bar and food prices. In fact I liked it so much I have booked in again next week !!!.

The Arden - great place to stay

Excellent place to stay, very close to the BP Arena and NEC, with easy access to Birmingham international train station, very reasonable prices and excellent food.

The room was not comfortable enough. The bed other things in the room was too old .i thought what i paid for was SPA inclusive but nobody was there to really explain to us.There was nothing to really enjoy during my stay. The breakfast was nice but i thought it was inclusive as well. I was made to pay for it and i wasn't really happy about it.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was very small and outdated, with small damages in the furniture. There was only one towel in the room despite the booking being for two people and the kettle was broken. Also, the bathroom door has glass panelling leaving no privacy between guests when in the bathroom.
