Ok, needs work on the tired rooms

Overall ok hotel, good parking with electric charge points. But the room was tired and in a poor state of repair. The bathroom didn't even have a latch or lock on it, so you could only push it too and would just open back up, not great for those wanting any privacy!

The young ladies that checked us in on reception were polite and helpful. We had a slight issue with a room and they moved us without any fuss. Breakfast was very good on a self service style for £14. You can walk to resorts world in 10 minutes Bar area and restaurant were both nicely laid out and to a very good standard. Definitely a place to stay if you are visiting Redorts World.

Good stay, Good service, fast. Enjoyed the gym and pool facilities and the bed was comfortable. One issue: Plug sockets are situated too close to wooden panels making it impossible to use Mac book charger in hotel room.

Nice quiet hotel

Very quiet in the rooms. Gym free to use for guests. Ev charging great addition but needs to be sign posted hidden round back of hotel. Larger than it looks got lost in hotel several times. Would definitely stay again.

Reasonably priced hotel near to the NEC. We had a last minute stop over at the NEC and had a comfortable room with all of the expected in-room facilities. The decor is a bit dated but in good condition. Can't really fault it for a quick stop over. Plus parking is free which is a huge bonus in that area!

Ideal for visiting the NEC, bit awkward to access with the roadworks but there were signs around. Very clean, ate in the restaurant which was lovely and I would say the best chips I've had in a long time
