There isn't much positive to say about this hotel.
The 1st problem is the hotels parking location. There is no indication as to where the car park is, you just have to guess and drive around in the general direction hoping you find it. When you do find it, you then have to hope theres a space available, as theres approximately 20 spaces.
Theres a £5 per night parking charge and if you pay cash, make sure you get a receipt as the lady at the front desk informed me that the security company sometimes send you a penalty notice.
The corridor to my room stank very strongly of cat urine and other guests complained that the smell was on other floors as well.
The beds were really uncomfortable, and the carpets were stained and thread bare in places.
The reception staff at night were a little rude and abrupt with me when I returned.
My key card wouldn't open the door at the main entrance, so when they let me in, they assumed i had damaged the key card in some way.
The reception staff in the morning were very polite and courteous though.
Overall in the future I'll only use this hotel as a last resort.
