Coffee maker malfunctioned and leaked very hot water onto the Coffee maker tray. Lobby coffee condiments did not have any additional creamer when the creamer was empty! This was at 7:30am!
Our stay was okay. The room and service was fine it was just the other guest that had us a bit worried. The guest next door was loud around 4 in the morning and it sound like someone threw a rock at our door. Also there wasn't anywhere to park when we came back from a concert at night. We had to wait for car to leave. I would stay here again though.
We had roaches in our room and we had a leaky toilet. When we told them, they didnt come check it or nothing. Also they didnt empty the trash cans. She said they dont service the rooms unless we were there more than 3 days. We paid $208 for 2 days and all they refunded was $35. Totally unacceptable. I would love to talk to the General Manager
We arrived a couple of hours before checking in and they were able to accommodate us. Staff was friendly but the lobby has a smoke smell to it. Unfortunately, the room also had a slight smoke smell too. We checked in quickly and left for an event and returned around 10pm since we only stayed one night, we didn’t ask for another room. Location is convenient,
The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They made sure to help us as needed. One of my problems was the complete disregard for the 100% no smoking policy. Our neighbors were smoking pot and cigarettes. Both which caused me sleepless nights. I would wake up choking and then had to endure the smoke until they decided to stop. There was also a guest with a large and angry pit bull that was aggressive towards everyone they encountered. The owner could barely hold the dog back. It scared the cleaning staff and myself. I own two pits and this behavior is why the dogs have a bad reputation. I am not sure why both of these things were allowed to continue. The parking was very insufficient. I would suggest parking spaces numbered per assigned room.
