The main entrance and lobby were nice but the room smelled of cigarette smoke and was very dirty...floor unswept, burn holes and stains on bed covers. It was just overall
dirty. I'll never stay in a Red roof inn again.
I could not stay and was not offered any type of accommodation for the room that was unfit for me or any living creature to breathe in let alone sleep. I will be contacting all parties that I need to to help bring some resolution to this big problem.

Upon check in we stood in the lobby at the desk 5min before anyone arrived to help, and when they did arrive they were on their cellphone. The renovation is nice and bathrooms were clean but some sheets had stains.
Absolutely phenomenal experience!!! The room was super clean. Cleanliness is what fuels my rating of ANY facility!! One may not have the financial resources to upgrade and be hi tech. Yet EVERYONE has the capacity to set a standard and uphold their staff to the same standards!! Shout out the Ms Renee!! She was head of housekeeping I’m guessing by her demeanor, but you could also tell that she ran a tight ship. I’m willing to bet money she’s the reason we had such a comfortable stay.

Continental breakfast was fruit loops no milk offered and coffee......
This was last resort because all the hotels were sold old due to several events taking place the weekend of 5/3/25. Hate the fact that the hotel called me to pay for the room over the phone or my reservation would have been cancelled. Don’t recommend unless you like to hear the conversations of the people next to you and the linens towels were dirty.
Check in was good. The room was ok as well. Pillows were not comfortable, too flat. Had less than half a roll of TP in the bathroom. But the room was clean. Would recommend.
