The hotel has an odor in the front lobby and hallway. I got stuck on the elevator. I arrive around 6:00pm and housekeeping was late on cleaning rooms. The customers were given an option to cancel reservation or wait on a room. My air did not work properly in my room. This was definitely not a good experience and I will not stay here again.

I want to start with the positives… the bed was amazing and the water pressure in the shower was great! Okay now for the negatives…. The hotel gives off “Shinning” vibes. The AC in our room didn’t work and when we mentioned it to the worker she said there wasn’t anything they could do so even though the bed was nice we slept terribly because of how hot it was. The “breakfast” that is included was just cereal and toast. The pictures on here showed the full Continental spread but that is incorrect. The area around the hotel also felt very unsafe we heard sirens all night long.

To start the site has false advertisement, no spa and that was one thing helped us choose to stay there. Nothing worked there(lamps snack ice or drink machines). Only issued 1 set of towels each and we had to take the dirty ones back down on order to have clean ones. No room service while there (Saturday night-Monday morning). The room key cards kept having to be reset which leads to the horrible customer service. Lady at the dront desk reset a guys and when me and my wode stelled up next she walked off and purposely didnt come back. I even sae her glance up to see if we were there still. Instead of checking in the computer to see the occupients checkout day and time a lady rolled around the halls on a hoverboard bamming on the doors saying "checkout?" And while we were in my sisters in law room the lady knocked and preceeded to walk right in, didnt give anyone a chance to respond. Had requested to be next door to their room so we could stay together but we were separated anyways only to find out both rooms on either side of their room were vacant. Parking was even a disaster. I wont ever go back there, dont even wanna pass on the road!!

I would stay here again if I was flying in/ out of airport and just needed a place to sleep. Otherwise I’d find a different hotel. Older building, average furnishings, but it was clean. I needed shuttle to airport for 5am flight but shuttle only runs after 4am.

The room was not clean, there was no house keeping in the morning, only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 2 day stay. A staff member walked in our room before we could answer the knock. No ice machines work. The carpet ruffles in the halls. The gym equipment doesn’t work

Expedia never said there was a deposit. So i had to paid an extra $50. The ice machines didnt work on any floors. My air unit in my room didnt work right so it was hot. Room service never came the 2 days i was there. No clean towels, or clean sheets.

Someone was smoking marijuna in thier room and the smells leaks out of the hall way and the elevetor. I told the front desk but did not do anything. Their is no choices for the free breakfast. No room service. Our ceiling have water mark from leaks. No toiletries in the bathroom. This is not the usual ramada inn I stayed before. It is ramadump.

I will never stay at this establishment again. I was surprised that it being so near the airport, that strange unsafe activity was floating around throughout the night. I am surprised that Ramada would allow their franchise to be associated with this hotel. It needs serious remodeling, and high security. Every one around the town spoke poorly of it. Unfortunately the owners are not putting more money in it. They ran out of body wash, and when I asked three times, finally they came up three small bottles of dove.

When we checked in they gave us a room that we didn’t pay for. We paid for a deluxe room and they gave us a standard room. When we got in the room it was sooo “húmedo” like moist even the beds felt wet. So we told Maria which she was super kind. She moved us to a room on third floor. When we used elevator, we got stuck and it kept jamming and seeming like it was gonna fall. It even opened the doors and nothing was there. Like cement walls. So my grandma had to walk all the way down the stairs which she struggled with. Then in the morning there was 0 breakfast. I paid for this hotel because it had breakfast included. If not I would’ve went to motel 6. Will probably not come back especially knowing I paid for breakfast service and it didn’t even happen.
