Pleasant stay at Lea Marston's, we utilised this hotel to go Drayton Manor the following day. No issues whatsoever with the room, it was clean spacious and relatively modern. In terms of accessibility it was easy to find and an easy link to Tamworth. Not to mention my car had an issue to where the RAC came to the hotel and the reception were accommodating towards it. In terms of value, I would say that it’s well worth it. We stayed in a deluxe double. Would recommend and would return.

Great location for our visit to the area, plenty of parking, easy check in, with friendly staff. Nice room, great space. Restaurant menu I think could have better selection. Pool and facilities ok, could imagine it getting busy with limited seating when busy, especially with spar guests, but overall a pleasant stay.

Nice location, Spa has good range of facilities and was large enough even tho quite busy. Staff were attentive and friendly Room was good size with nice hot shower with everything you needed. Enjoyed the breakfast. Negatives would be our room was a bit tired and could do with updating. Same goes for Spa changing rooms.

I have been to this hotel quite a few times and always had a good experience. The location is very convenient for visiting the NEC which is the reason I choose this hotel. I usually don’t have time to use the facilities but this time I used the swimming pool. The women’s changing rooms were in a disgusting state with dirty towels laid in a large pile. No idea how to get a towel until another swimmer told me that I was supposed to be given it at the spa reception but the guy on the desk was too busy talking to his mates. I had to ask another member of the public how to use the combination code on the lockers as again no information given and no instructions anywhere. I only stayed in the pool for 20 minutes as full of people who are not hotel residents. On the whole this is still a lovely hotel, some of the bedroom furniture is looking a little tired and for the price of a basic room with breakfast being just under £400 these small things matter especially when I have just had a week abroad and the accommodation cost nearly £150 less for the same standards. I do love the quiet and convenient location and the main hotel and so dining staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful.

The hotel boasts four stars; having visited a 4* hotel before checking in with you, we can categorically say this is not a 4*. The hotel's look, layout, and facilities were poor; there was not even any bottled water in the rooms. One of the room's bathrooms was lovely, but my bathroom was worse than a motorway hotel. The room service was non-existent due to having to set a card aside at reception when they already had the card on file. The décor and look was dated and not pleasant. The reception staff had to help with our bags, and our rooms were quite a walk away, not even next to each other as suggested. The food and drink were below par. The staff was excellent, but overall I wouldn't stay again.
