Decent hotel with room for improvement
It was a decent stay, however there were certain improvements that would have made our stay a lot better. We stayed for three nights in the double family room. We found a list of items the hotel could supply upon request, and was pleasantly surprised to see the list was extensive including a pregnancy pillow. I called two nights in a row and was told that this item was jot available alongside other items which I requested including spare pillows and slippers. We returned on the second night to find housekeeping had not attended to our room even though we specifically spoke to them. We were also happy to see that products like the white company were available in th bathroom, however, it did not seem to be the case, we felt shortchanged as it appears that the products felt and smelt like ordinary shower gel/shampoo. Parking- for those who require parking, be mindful that it a very busy stretch and car park gets very full. You also have to pay every time you leave the Carpark which can rack up to be more than the 16.50 advertised daily fee. More importantly, we could not find any lifts in the car park and had to drag our luggage up and down the stairs. If all the above was seen to, it would have been an excellent stay.

Great return visit
We chose to return to the hotel having stayed previously in March 2024 as we felt it offered great value for money, is really comfortable, in a great location, is really family friendly and offers a great breakfast. The rooms are well equipped and have great facilities. The parking onsite is a bonus. All the staff are really friendly and a special mention to Darren who greeted us in the morning full of energy and was super helpful and welcoming, especially to the children and making sure they were well looked after and fed!

Property was good, advertised as parking on site but carpark bays were small, with no parking available. Entrance to the hotel from the carpark is closed meaning you have to drag everything all the way around the outside of the building.
