The room was comfy enough and the staff were all wonderful but the hotel is located in the middle of a restaurant/nightclub block so there’s a constant thump thump of music late into the night. Very handy for New St Station though and no shortage of places to eat.

A 3.00pm check in is a absolute NO... 4 hours i had to walk about Birmingham before i got to my room.. This has put me off ever staying here again... .plus side of the stay the handle on the shower broke i went a seen a cleaner and she had a handyman at my room in 3mins to fix shower

Loud loud vibrating music until 4am. No sleep

Avoid this hotel. Some rooms are either directly above or adjacent to a nightclub. Not only music but also vibrations from the bass. Music goes on until 3.50am. Room’s uncomfortable and stuffy as windows cannot be opened. I wouldn’t stay here again for free if offered

Myself and my colleague stayed over for a training event we had in birmingham, this was a fab hotel rooms basic but clean which is all you need, fabulous places for transport links and shops (which we were able to go have a wee look at), breakfast was beautiful with plenty opitions and the reception/bar area was lovely and welcoming.

Perfect for city break

Very good location in center of China Town. Less than 5 minutes walk to the train station and shopping centre. Room nice. Bathroom small but excellent. Great shower and towels.

Lovely city break

The hotel was clean and welcoming, extra pillows in the room and the staff were always happy to help. Really short walk from birmingham new street station.

The check in staff were efficient and very friendly as were the bar and waiting staff. A twin room was booked but in my opinion it was fit only as a single room but had had another bed placed alongside the one that should have been a solo. Also lacking in a hand towel in the very cramped bathroom.
