Such a lovely warm feeling when we walked into the hotel.Room was beautifully decorated and clean throughout. Our only fault was the breakfast we paid £23 but only continental breakfast and was very sparse. This wont put us of booking though ,if its an early flight again i wont book a breakfast

Good Stay, but they told us thete was no rooms ready we we turned up earlier & then offered us an early check-in @ £20, how can they do this if there were no rooms ready. They did put our cases in a secure room till later at no extra cost. Evening meal in their restaurant was good with plenty of staff

The hotel is a short walk from the main terminal so very convenient .we had an evening meal in the Restaurant ,i had seen reviews saying the choice was a bit limited,but it was better than we thought it would be. The food was good ,and the Breakfast had a good selection of food to choose fro

When I book an Ibis hotel anywhere in Europe I am almost always assured a great stay. That was true at the Birmingham Airport location as well. Very cheerful and helpful staff, great room, and a location that can’t be beat when you have a very early morning flight!

Last min booking for Paris trip. Spot on service good location outside departures. Only problem it was a 10 min walk in the rain from the drop off area. Some of it is covered to the terminal but not the last bit. Overall good service clean room and comfortable bed. Spot on 👍
