The first thing to be aware of is that parking at this hotel is an issue. The entrance for the parking garage is very narrow and you may have to back up to get a better angle or you'll risk scraping the sides of your vehicle. Once you're parked, there's not really a convenient way to get into the hotel from the parking garage. The stairwells are dirty and eerie, and not intuitive. Parking in the garage is around $20/day extra. Valet is the most convenient method, but it costs extra, of course. I ended up parking in the neighboring lot next to Dave and Busters and just walking in through the parking garage. Another issue is that our shower drained very slowly. Within seconds of turning on the shower, water was already starting to pool in the tub. Dining options are also limited. The Merk's restaurant is overpriced and service is slow. There is a food court in the mall (which is attached to the hotel), but nothing opens before 11am. The staff was friendly and the room seemed clean, but I would avoid staying here again.

This hotel is still in good shape even though it is a little older. The bed was comfortable. The television worked and had cable tv choices. The bathroom was clean and looked as though it had been remodeled. The room was quiet even thought there was a children's group elsewhere in the hotel. I chose the hotel because my conference was there the next day. I had a good stay.

The stay was exceptional. However, during checkin I was told that I would be able to check out with no additional charge. The morning after when I verified this, I was told it would be a 50.00 charge because the of the late check out.
