Worn out and dumping in amenities

Have been staying here for 5+ years but will no longer do so. Rooms are very worn. Torn upholstery, dented furniture, toilet doesn't flush properly. I reserved a king room weeks in advance but those were not available on arrival. Breakfast offerings mediocre. Had fixings for egg burritos but no eggs. Ran out of cereal 30 min before breakfast ended.

Sink leaked onto the floor so had to use the towels in the room to keep the water from standing. Ac/heat worked intermittently. Otherwise ok.

Overall a decent experience. We stayed two nights. This hotel is probably one of the oldest Hyatts we have stayed in. They have tried to renovate some of it, but there are parts where you can tell its really outdated. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The room wasnt the cleanest. Some dust on ceiling and dirt in corners. Staff was very nice and accomadating.

212 was an awkward, unfinished space. All of the outlets were poorly placed, forcing us to move the coffee maker and microwave to the dining table since there were no outlets available where they were initially located. The lighting in the room was very dim and inadequate. Additionally, the main door appeared to have been tampered with, as the loose lock was coming off its hinges. To make matters worse, housekeeping knocked on our door three times before the noon checkout time waking us up.

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. It was very clean and if I needed anything (sheets, towels, etc.,) extra anything it was provided. The breakfast was DELICIOUS, to say the least. Keep up the great customer service…🙌🙌🙌

I really enjoyed the customer service I received from the night staff. The staff was there in the early morning when I checked out. She was professional, courteous, and very kind. She made me want to join the World of Hyatt, and I did join as she took the time to sign me up. Just ok

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice overall but seemed outdated. A lot of the furniture is scratched up and just needs to be replaced.
