The hotel is nice and the reason I gave it a three-star is because the toilets are made for a midget. It's the smallest toilet I ever seen in my life. Everything is nice and then you go to the bathroom and there's this little tiny toilet 🚽 so the hotel gets 3 stars. I'm sorry, size matters...😎

They have a guest of the day gift every day that goes to a random guest. I’ve never saw this at a hotel and thought it was unique! 24 hour drinks and snacks at front desk and great breakfast! Will stay here again!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only concern was the breakfast, which wasn't consistent, nor was it anything like the advertisement in the elevator, etc.

I had to switch rooms my first day due to an awful stench. Second room had roaches, holes in the sheet and one set of towels for two occupants. The walls were stained, the carpet was stained throughout the room. The phone was unplugged from the wall. The worst hotel stay, I have ever experienced in my life. The staff laughed when I showed a picture of the holes in the sheet. Returned later in the evening and the sheets were still on the bed. Unbelievable.

The 5th floor smelled like weed which permeated into our room. Lack of outlets in room to charge phones. Men who looked like they worked there were in room down hall partying and making my daughter and myself uncomfortable. Breakfast was not great. Dog peed in elevator. Great price but came with a price I have enjoyed always staying at these but this was poor quality

The bathroom had something that looked like mold and there were ants. One of the bedside lamps was not working. The thermostat mounted on the wall does nothing, it didn’t seem to be connected to the AC unit and I finally realized the AC unit was controlled on its built in interface. When we got in the room we found that one of the pillows was on the bedside table with no pillowcase and another pillowcase was dirty. The staff was friendly.

The first room i was given had a big burn mark in the carpet and the carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while or even vacuumed before I was given the room. There were bobby pins and what looked like feathers on the floor. There was huge wasp in the room, which the wonderful young lady at the front desk took care of, but then I was left with lingering odor of bug spray in the room. They said they couldn't switch my room that night because they were fully booked. They also said I couldn't get a refund for my second night ( i had paid in advance for two nights) because I had not given them 24 hours notice. I was able to change rooms the next morning. The second room was much better with the exception that I couldn't use the microwave or the coffee maker in the room because there was no plug where they were located! The front desk staff was very friendly and apologized for these inconveniences, however I will not be staying there again. The elevator floor had cracks in it and the back door from the back parking lot did not lock like it is supposed to causing a serious safety concern. This hotel was one I stayed in 4 years ago and it has seriously gone down hill but is more expensive than before.

Originally I complained about a strong perfume-like or cleaning solution smell upon entering the hotel. After the first day, that was no longer an issue. They were cleaning constantly when we were coming in/out. I am very impressed with how the hotel was run. Kuddos to the staff. We’ll definitely be staying there on our next trip to AL.
