Great stay

We enjoyed the spacious room and the excellent customer service. The parking was a little tough as we had to navigate a tight alleyway and behind the building, but overall it was a great stay

Unsecured parking for $15/night. Desk gave another customer my room 4 hours after I checked in, then called to ask my name after customer couldn't get in. Very unsettling. Next day, my key card quit working before I checked out. Inconvenient but was resolved.

We liked that the hotel was close to UAB. We liked that there were several dining options within walking distance of the hotel. We did not like that the hotel advertised parking for $15 per night, then upon arrival said parking was full and sending us across the street where parking was $25 a night. We also didnt like that the bedside lamp was dirty and the bathroom sink was dirty were it met the counter.

The staff was so friendly, rooms were huge and very clean and the breakfast was better than most hotels and had healthy options like overnight oats and chia pudding.

I brought my handicapped daughter and they more than just accommodate. They made us feel welcome and check in was great we got in early but Romana was just amazing!

The beds were so super comfortable, nice seating area and desk. Stayed 1 night but loved the mini kitchen area. Fridge was full size. The restaurants around the area amazing. Get the Insomia Cookies! Rockys Pizza had incredible Ceasar salad and pizza as well. All within a few minutes of walking.

The room was nice... but the lobby was extremely hot and the male worker was very kind but the female worker had an attitude.. also the parking was terrible.. and inconvenient.. not too mention you had to pay to park.. i already paid for the room.. i will not be back
