The side door had an issue and did not close behind. There was a dog in the hallway roaming. The restroom in my room had a few strains of hair in it and 3 rings in the tub. The TV did not have VH1. I would come back, but I called to find out why there was an additional $74.07 hold on my card along with the $50 incidental fee. I was unaware of the $73 fee. The rep was impatient and rushing me off the line, then told me that I wasn't her daddy. All I was saying is aren't you at work and supposed to address the clients concerns or at least pretend you are listening???

Solid budget option just outside of downtown

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean and well-maintained, although the halls do show a few years of wear. Breakfast is not a huge spread, but does cover the basics. The location is roughly a 10 minute drive from downtown. Overall, this hotel is a cost-effective option for visitors with a car who do not want to overpay for a downtown location.

The checkin process involved filling out and signing paperwork, which is unheard of these days. The TV was difficult to use and almost impossible to find stations to watch. Remote needed new batteries. No hand soap in the bathroom. Tub looked dirty.

Not great!

We were given a room initially with an unmade bed. Had them move us. In the 2nd room, our children were set to utilize the pull out couch to sleep. Pulled back the couch cushions, there was a used bandid under them. On the floor beneath the bed was an old chocolate milk bottle with curdled milk and a plastic bag. The shower drain was very slow to drain. You had to wade in your shower water and gum was stuck to the side of the bathroom mirror. Its apparent hotel staff is not keeping up with maintenence and cleanliness. We arent ones to usually review or complain, but this stay warranted both.
