Great Hetel in perfect location

This was a very good 2 nights stay. Room very comfortable and well equipped. Location perfect for centre and Metro. The included breakfast was of good standard and even though it was very busy, the staff were amazing at trying to clear tables quickly but not putting pressure on guests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor problem we had was with the access keys but the staff dealt with that efficiently and apologetically.

On arrival (21.30) we were told our room had no air con or heating. We were told the hotel was full. I requested a chat with the manager, who was no help at all. Terrible attitude, couldnt give a dam.

Hotel in disgraceful condition.

Badly damaged room with no heating and only lukewarm water. The walls were damaged, the bathroom door was damaged and the desktop was damaged. A portable heater was provided after the staff admitted that the heating in the entire building was broken. This in January in the UK, should have been notified at check-in.

Whenever we visit Birmingham. We always use the Snow Hill hotel. It's just a short walk from Birmingham New Street Station and the city centre for the bull ring shopping centre. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, clean, spacious with great views over the city skyline. Staff are very and helpful. We always recommend to friends and family. Thanks again to all staff for making our weekend away enjoyable.

New year break

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Great views overlooking the city. A short walk into the city centre and railway stations. We have stayed here many time and always recommend to friends and family.

We checked in on the 21st Dec for one night. Initially our room had no heating and the phone did not work. We asked to change and we’re told that a key for another room would be bought to us in our room. After 20 minutes waiting we went to the desk and collected it having had no notification (just say “collect it from the desk”?). The quilts are pretty small and are not the best of TOG ratings. The rooms however, are clean and the room served its purpose for one night.
