No Heating in Room

Room 205 - Room heating & kettle not working. Offered room 311, also heating not working. Reception brought an electric heater & said hotel engineer would resolve heating in 20 minutes... We went for a social meal, returned 11.30pm & still no heating. This is our 3rd visit, with previous experiences excellent & now very POOR.

Warm Relaxing Night Stay

The room was very cold. The bed was so uncomfortable, we got up suffering terrible pain. The carpet was grubby. The bar was not very well stocked and the seating area was not very relaxing. Breakfast was good

Perfect spot easy for what you need.

Quick check in and easy check out. Quiet rooms, couldn’t hear anything outside the room. Bed was comfortable and the shower was big and hot. Had all the basics you’d need. Very close to the town city life for whatever you need. If you need somewhere close, cheap and basic, this works.

Almost excellent in this experience of stay at Holiday Inn. There was only a bit disappointed in a group of visitors talked loudly outside of my room about 5 am for over 15 mins. It was a annoying our sweet sleep in the comfortable bed.
