Excellent value for money
Hotel was nice and clean. Bathroom very clean and Dove hand wash and shampoo provided. Rooms a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children but we chose to stay in one room so can’t complain. Parking available at Aston car park (0.2 miles away) for £10 for 24 hrs. 15 min walk to shops. Overall excellent value for money!!!

Very easy to find and just a short walk from New Street station. Lovely staff and a goody bag for each child, as well as a selection of colouring in and bedtime story books for us to borrow. The complimentary toiletries were Dove, not cheap!! Thank you all.

Really good location for the city centre and easy to find from New St station. Rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and a decent breakfast. With the sofa bed up in the family room, the rooms are quite cramped but fine for short stays. Not much storage space so unlikely to be suitable for longer stays but fine for a few nights.

Another good stay!
Clean, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast ok. We stay quite a lot when we go to a show as convenient to Utilita and Symphony Hall. Easy to get to from the train station.Good value for money too.
