First class customer service. I stayed here for 5 nights recently having expected to only be at the hotel for two. My partner had an operation at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital and ended up staying in longer than we thought. The hotel could not have been more accommodating or kind. I ended up checking out on 3 occasions only to have to check back in again because my partner wasn't coming home. The hotel took great care of me; gave me my old room back where they could: and a few little extras besides like some chocolate and a nice card. The hotel is perfectly situated in Brindley Place and close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and only a short walk along the river to the Bullring. But it's the customer service I will never forget. From reception to the bar staff to housekeeping to room service. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Birmingham in the future.

Hotel was reasonably good. Friendly welcome, hotel clean, only complaint was that the Queen room we stayed in was an accessible room for disabled, which in itself isn’t a problem but the shower drain was smelly. Food at the hotel bit pricey in the evening for what it was but breakfast very good.

Hotel Review

The hotel was clean and the rooms although small, had everything we needed. The only issue we had with the rooms were the pillows. Not enough support even though they looked the part. Breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day and was reasonably priced too. All in all, we'd give this hotel a thumbs up. It was well located for the centre of Birmingham and although it has parking, we booked a space at the car park next door, in the VIP section, and we're very pleased.

A must stay

The Location was excellent . Pub's , eateries very close with Different varieties . Canal nearby . ICC and Sealife 5 minutes walk away . Bullring shopping centre 18 minutes walk . The Hotel was very Good . Clean and the Staff were very friendly and friendly . They have a restaurant and Bar facilities with a Room service . ( cost £7.50 ) . There's a Multi carpark next-door

Hotel amenities and location great. However rooms could do with updating and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in for many years. It seemed to be on legs with wheels. Not sure if all the rooms are like this but honestly I’ve never slept so badly. Due to the bed I wouldn’t stay again which is a shame as the other parts of the hotel were great.
