Nice stay

Great stay. Staff were sensitive to the fact I was travelling with a child during a busy event and put us on the upper floor (away from noise). I wouldn’t stay in this area at a weekend with children though as it’s surrounded by nightclubs. Great breakfast, catering for my gluten free requirements. Lifts were confusing though - unsure whether all lifts were for guests or service. Spent a long time waiting for lifts!

Birmingham bank holiday

We had a good stay and all that we needed. Staff were really great at the hotel. Only a couple of small gripes: Room was warm despite AC running constantly. Getting an elevator was a bit of a chore as there is only 4 for a 17 storey building. Some of the breakfast cutlery was quite dirty and you needed to look for clean stuff. Staff were great though, the location and facilities were very good.

The stay at Hampton’s by Hilton was lovely. The room was very clean and a good selection of breakfast to choose from. The staff during breakfast were very friendly and polite. The connecting rooms we received for our family of 5 was very spacious and perfect for sharing as well as having some privacy. Only disappointing thing was the evening reception staff, no smiles, not very welcoming. Seemed annoyed and grumpy and not very helpful. Also the hotel could have offered complimentary water bottles to make tea in the rooms. Would expect a little better amenities for the Hilton group. But overall had a pleasant stay and would come back.

It is a Hotel but not the best comfort family room

The sofa beds are not the best of their kind. There is a high probability of back pain if one sleeps more than one day.

Booked a family room for one night. Parking is horrendous, staff are clueless, the sofa bed springs were literally poking your backside. Asked for a change of rooms but was told they had no availability but when looking online they had rooms available?? I would never book again

Hotel picked for location to attend an event just down the road. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, one even looking for where we were sat at breakfast to provide a picture of my daughters choice and crayons. There was a good seecyoon at breakfast and it was all cooked well and was tasty. Would stay again - my husband commented he would also as I didnt complain about anything!
