Lovely Midlands Hotel.

Attended a business dinner then stayed overnight. The food was lovely including the breakfast. Rooms were good (great shower pressure!). The only slight negative was that the earliest breakfast (Saturday) was 8am. My colleague had to leave at 7:15 so he left without food.

Comfy bed, nice shower. Good food. Well kept. But the best bit has got to be the staff. Every single one of them was outstandingly friendly, helpful and welcoming. It made me want to stay longer. Anyone you walked past would brightly acknowledge you which made the stay lovely
