A great place to stay

A very comfortable, clean room, perfectly located for the University of Birmingham. Staff were extremely helpful and the meals we had in the restaurant were delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Great facilities and very quiet. Used te bar area to have late dinner and great food friendly stuff. Room was very clean, tidy and very quiet, comfortable beds in all very cosy. This site asks me to pick something I didn’t like, sorry can’t think of one Highly recommend to anyone.

An all round excellent hotel!

This is my first choice hotel, when I am in Birmingham on business! It is modern, the rooms are spacious and clean, and at an affordable price! The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The restaurant and food is excellent! I would definitely recommend!

A warm and comfortable stay.

Overall a very comfortable stay. We stayed because my husband was having a procedure at the nearby hospital and i dropped him off early and came back to take advantage of the 10am check out so i could shower and pack before heading to the hospital myself. I did get asked by housekeeping to vacate my room at 9:40am which left me a little rushed and felt a bit like i had outstayed my welcome! The room is lovely and warm and comfortable and had good facilities - the only thing the bathroom might have benefited from is a shelf for guests to put their toiletries on. Room was well decorated and the bed was clean and comfy. Restaurant was nice and staff very attentive.
