This was our first experience with Drury Inn. It was a great location! Very popular hotel but very quiet. Staff was friendly. We were on the ground floor across from the pool and were not disturbed. Breakfast had a lot of great options.

This hotel was amazing. Staff is super friendly. Check in was easy. Rooms were as you expect. Beds are nice and soft. Showers were okay. Our TV wasn't working but the kids have the phones and tablets. The indoor pool was small but nice. The hot tub was small but water temperature was perfect. I was even given 2 drink cards that you can use around 5:30 to 7:30 I think for a free drink and free snacks. That was amazing by the way! I wish every hotel did this. Breakfast was good. Nothing was over cooked and the waffle mix tasted good. Sausage wasn't dry and the eggs wasn't soggy. I would definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it.

This is an older building which gives it the feel of being a little unclean. I don't think it was unclean though. It's a safe area. Breakfast was not great but decent. Service was good.

The first thing was the greeting and speed that checking process was. The location in Grandview is awesome access to great dining and shopping, everything is right on hwy 280. The Breakfast is great, the Layback affair in the evening is just relaxing. We stayed 4 days for Steel city Jazz festival and enjoyed ourselves with the assistance of following staff Ayana- guest services supervisor, Maddy and Robin - guest services agent and last not kitchen staff Danielle and Sydney.
