The shower curtain rod was broken, the toilet was leaking, the carpet was stained and the tv didn’t work. Bed was fine, the AC worked good and the front desk were courteous but that place needs a lot of updating

I felt uncomfortable due to the nationality of the workers being from Middle East. They kept talking to each other in their muslem labguage and lookjng at menin a way that made me uncomfortable and unwelcomed. The hotel was under construction. They left door open all night which made me feel unsafe. And iverall I couldnt sleep much during the night. There was no hot water and they had no regular coffee to make in the room. Only an over abundance of decaf.

All in all the stay was simply a place to lay our head. They did not have much for a continental breakfast due to the fact that the whole hotel was under construction if you’re staying here, I would strongly suggest asking if the construction is complete or not. staff was friendly And apologetic in the moment for the construction

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times prior to this particular stay and haven’t had any issues. However, this stay made me never want to book a room here again. First, the room was filled with fruit flies. Second, the carpet was so dirty it would turn the soles of your feet black if you walked barefoot. Lastly, there were mystery stains all over the walls and furniture. Also, the bed didn’t have a headboard but instead had 2 foam pieces.

The property is tucked away in the woodsy area. Outside of the building look beautiful but inside got a weird smell to it as we enter into the front door. We booked it a room on the third floor, so the elevator is sort of dirty in the hallway was very unclaimed you can see stuff falling down from the ceiling. Our room at first glance seems okay but then we didn't notice a few hair on top of the bed sheet, pull back the cover to check the mattress and there was a sign of bed bugs let those black spot all over the mattress, and they were also some urine stain on both mattress in our room. The bathroom was nice and there's a small fridge in there which was kind of cool. We didn't end up staying after 20 minutes being in there. The front desk trying to offer us another room but we were too tired to deal with it and we didn't want to experience the same thing. I was too grossed out by the last room didn't want to have the same experience so we went somewhere else.

GROSS
The pool was closed, our carpet was sticky and filthy. Someone entered our room while we were out. There were dirty men’s footprints all over the bathroom that weren’t there before we left for the evening. We left at 1am due to the overall nastiness and rude staff.
