The staff have been very nice every year we have stayed. The bathrooms could use an update. Tiles are cracking, the toilet lids dont fit properly and the wallpaper is a little worn. Otherwise it is pretty clean

I was disappointed that I was charged for gratuity I was on there for 8 hours. I didn’t ask for anything nor did I ask for assistance in carrying my overnight bag, did not eat the continental breakfast.

I had surgery on a Monday so we came in on Sunday and stayed at The Courtyard. We had dinner at The Bistro downstairs and was able to walk across to hospital for 5:00am admittance.

Staff is great hotel needs some sprucing up. It’s awfully noisy at night Outside the hotel, lots of people meandering at all hours of the day and night. Bed was well used and slightly uncomfortable.
