Comfortable friendly place.

Nice comfortable place to stay and get some rest. Friensly staff. Ill stay again if im in the area. Fyi Just dont allow your employees work on their cars in the parking lot.

Room had a foul odor. Floor was sticky. I had on white socks which turned black quickly. Breakfast was just continental. Difficulty speaking with staff in English. Will not stay again as i go to SEC baseball tournament every year.

Look for other options on hotels next time.

Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful during check in. The hallway on the second floor where we stayed smelled. Our room seemed okay. The bathroom was small. You could hardly open the door without hitting the toilet. There were 4 of us traveling and always had to go downstairs and ask for extra towels. The king bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast had some choices, but the same thing was served both mornings. It was an okay stay.

Sleep Inn was get what you pay for! It meet the requirements for a cheap room. No frills, no TV channels, no pool, breakfast was limited. We had our dog so we stayed for pet friendly. They don’t even offer you dog a dog biscuit! The room was reasonably clean even though it was worn. The attendants were polite. We didn’t have any issues with A/C or rowdy people but lots of road noise!

The room was incredibly dirty. The toilet seat had black dirt all over, the floors were sticky and dirty, the bathtub was dirty, the room smelled like urine. We had to call the staff to come clean immediately of how dirty it was. It was a terrible terrible experience.

We stayed in Hoover because the room rates in Tuscaloosa to outrageous for our granddaughter's graduation from the UA. This place was exactly what we needed. Small, out of the way, clean, quiet, very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and 1/3 the price.

The front desk staff was superb. It was quiet. The curtains were filthy and stained and I hate to guess what might have been on them. The bed was comfy but the room stayed stuffy, even when we turned the a/c down low. The “breakfast” was less than mediocre. My daughter was taking the NCLEX which also fell on graduation weekend for a nearby college so the rate was over $200 for the night. I’ve paid much less than that for a better quality room but beggars can’t be choosy! All the other hotels in the area was booked. Likely wouldn’t return unless I had no other choice.
