The room was adequate for one night. It wasn’t necessarily the cleanest room and the bathroom smelled like smoke. There was also a hair extension located in the corner of the room.

When I checked in and got to my room, I stripped the bed to put my own sheets on it. The mattress cover was dirty. It had stains, but it been on the side of it. It looked like someone had threw up and it had dried or something I got the guy working there to come look at it. He said he would put me in another room, but I would just tear it up too because I stripped the bed. He told me I could not check out till the next morning. he would only refund me for three nights instead of the four that I reserved Went on and just got off the phone with him. I did not use the room I went and got him loaded my stuff up and left. He is refusing to tell me how much the refund is he’s telling me I had to get in touch with you guys. He’s not working with me at all. I need to know how to get my refund.Best Western in Gardendale Alabama

The first room they provided smelled like mold. The second room the toilet stopped up and we had to plunged it ourselves. Lastly, i paid for late check out, they harassed me by knocking on the door three times and calling me to make sure i paid $10.00 extra. I will never stay there again.

1st time stay!

We were in town for the Magic City Mimosa Festival and needed a place to stay for the night. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice and clean. The front desk agent was nice and very helpful. And the hotel was in a nice and quiet area. I look forward to staying at this location again.

The seclusion of the hotel was along with the staff. The seemed clean but the microwave and refrigerator was a dirty and the microwave did not work. Also, my mom almost tripped and fell because there was a soft spot in the floor. The bedding didn't smell fresh even after we sprayed them.

For a reasonably priced, interstate hotel, this was great. Rooms were clean. Staff was so nice. Breakfast was simple, very good, plentiful, and well staffed--normal pastries, juices, and cereals eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, grits, fruit, etc. The property was in good shape. TY for a great experience.
