The room was not clean or stocked. The shower was dirty, no shampoo-bottle was empty. Not even enough towels for all of us to shower. Floors were not mopped in the room and the main areas were not vacuumed. As a Hilton honors member I waited over 40 minutes to be able to check in because they only had one staff for a sold out hotel. I asked for a late check out since we had to wait so long and our last hockey game is late and was given a hour…. Another customer had 3 people and was told she got a room with a king bed even though her reservation showed 2 queens and she was told to bad. Customer service was terrible.
