There is nothing redeemable about this motel. If I could score zero stars, I would. We had 3 rooms. Two rooms smelled like someone has been smoking in them for the past 10 year...and one room smelled of a mix of cigarette smoke and as if an animal died in it. The ACs were full of dirt and made the smell worse when they were turned on. There was dirt on the walls of the bathroom. I honestly do not know how the department of health allows them to stay open.

I did not like the condition of the property. Although the rooms were decent yet small, the outside conditions were pretty poor and in dire need of an update. First impression made me uneasy. and the wooden stairs leading up to the 2nd floor rooms were rotting. But what really perplexed me was that there were no coffee pots in the rooms! I had to get dressed and walk to front desk, only to be told the coffee was not ready at 6:10 am and to come back. Also there were only 2 bath towels for a double room with a family of 3.

Binghamton parents please be warned!

I was looking for a room to stay for my son’s graduation. I paid over 300 dollars for a room and hotel that did not match the pictures on any website. The lobby had the worst smell and the room as well. The people in the lobby and hanging around the hotel were sketchy and we did not feel safe. The management was nice but said I could not get my money back because I had not canceled within 24 hours. If I would’ve seen this establishment in person, I would’ve never booked it in the first place.
