Pleasantly surprised!
Super quiet hotel with everything you'd need in a very spacious room. Attention to detail in the bathroom and living room in regards to cleanliness could be improved, but otherwise MUCH better than other hotels in a 10 mile radius. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were either lumpy or flat. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

This time i paid with my points inadvance. I thought i will get the same treat. But i was wrong. When i checked IN the manager checked how i paid. As soon as he found i paid wz points he send me to the room where "" pats inroom"" one and durty not clean no extra blanket no dishes no coffe or tea dust everywhere. Moreover 2 big black Flys inside the room and towels are dark used one visible. I was so frastrated . When i came back to the frontdesck and complain the manager didn't care even and i was told tha i got what i deserve. He ment i paid by points. I m coming every month to this hotel but i never paid wz poins ever before. This was 2st time i m paying wz points and i saw how differently i was treated. This is so sadhow they treat loyal customers if you pay wz points. I kill bymyself 2 flys. And i went multiple times to the lunderyroom to get blanket which was missing in the room

Some Good Some Not So Good
Room was definitely dated. There was no housekeeping services and I repeatedly had to go to the front desk to get everything from towels to coffee and figure out where my silverware and dishware was. TV was not internet ready but the bed was comfortable and all of the staff were friendly!

The shower couldn’t be regulated so it was either scalding hot or cold. There were kids running up and down the halls yelling at all hours. Room had stains on the floor. The bed was horrible and pillows were not comfortable at all.

It was clean and the staff were very good. Breakfast was very good for an included buffet. Room was very clean but seemed to have a smell in the kitchen area from previous cooking

The staff was friendly and efficient. Most of all the breakfast area staff was excellent, extremely helpful. They served exceptional breakfast, kept it hot, cleaned the dining area, and were kind and helpful. Front desk, great. Janitorial staff, great. Impressive hotel!

We didn’t have a long stay here, but everything was good, including the breakfast buffet that was included. Pool was a bit small, as was the gym, but it was fine and clean.
