Friday to Monday stay, never cleaned our room, even though we asked twice. Asked for extra blankets twice and never received them. Hair dryer had hair in it when I turned it on the whole room smelled like burned hair. Took two requests to get a new one dryer. Room was not clean. When I arrived, another patron told me they had no hot water this morning. For the days that we were there, you either did not have hot water or it started out hot and once you started taking a shower, it became cold. We tried to address a lot of these problems politely and were ignored. The only bright spot in this day was they had a decent breakfast that they cooked every day. This hotel is clearly understaffed and requires training for cleaning the rooms and dealing with requests.

We have stayed here for years while traveling back to see family for holidays and other events. It has been a couple years, and the place smelled moldy overall and the room was dirty - obvious pee stains on sheets, dirty q-tips under the bed. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent and the water temperature fluxuated back and forth between ice cold and burning hot. Not sure what happened to the place, but we'll be looking elsewhere next time
