We left a pair of prescription glasses on Thursday, November 21st. We spoke to the front desk and were transferred to housekeeping, where we left a message. We did not hear back, so we called the Hilton number to contact the hotel again. The person assisting us with contacting them was disconnected three separate times. We assumed it was just a temporary glitch. After getting the front desk number from the Hilton assistant, we called again and were hung up on repeatedly; this was super surprising. After waiting a few hours again, We were able to contact the front desk, but they abruptly connected me to housekeeping before I could explain. I left another kind message explaining what day and room with a description of the glasses for housekeeping. We left our cell number again and pleaded for a call back to inform us whether they were found or not. More than 24 more hours passed with no word from anyone. One more call was made, and this time, the front desk listened and contacted someone in the housekeeping department who communicated that they would send the glasses if postage was paid for. We are so very thankful to that person. My complaint is about the hanging up on the customer and even another Hilton employee. I expected to successfully leave a message and get some kind of response. A customer should not have to work so hard to communicate with staff. Hoping for a more responsive system. Thank you.
Booked this as as a couples getaway for my husband and myself. I was very surprised at how quiet this hotel was being in a busy city area but it sits on a hill above the main road so you hear and see no traffic. It was very clean and updated. I was the most impressed with the fact there was a walk in shower as opposed to the standard tub/shower unit (I have a disability that makes it difficult to step into a tub unit but i dont require a roll in shower) this made me feel so much less anxious about falling.
Staff were friendly. Room was clean and quiet. The hotel is up from the street so it had great views of Binghamton and less noise if you were outside. It might be my new place to stay!
I only stayed for one night. I was able to check in early which was very convenient as I had to log on for work immediately. Then on the day of checkout, I wasn’t able to delay my checkout and would only be on the way home after work at 5. So they were able to provide me access to their business center which wasn’t in use at the time by other clients. So I had the whole room to myself from noon until 5. They even offered coffee and freshly baked cookies. They’re very warm people that work there. Great place to stay! So glad my friend recommended it. I would stay there again.
Room was old and smelly. Window shade didn’t open needs remodeling

Pleasant Stay
The blinds operated via bluetooth or something & would not raise even after a call to the front desk. The toilet paper holder was broken as well. Sadly no restaurants nearby & not much available in lobby food selections as freezer was broken. I left information at the front desk so they could fix for next guest.
